Every year the Home Builder’s Association of Mississippi sponsors a statewide competition to recognize the excellent work of their members.
In 2003, the Homebuilder’s Association of Mississippi presented its Merit award for “unique and especially innovative construction” to Dennis Pierce, Inc.
In 2002, Dennis Pierce, Inc won the “Best in Mississippi” award in the custom home 2,501-4,999 category for “The Bomboy Residence”.
In 2000, the award for best development went to Dennis Pierce, Inc. for Cottage Park.
The Greater Hattiesburg Home Builder’s Association also recognizes one builder every year for their contribution to the community and the association. In 1994, 2000 and 2002 Dennis Pierce received the “Builder of the Year” award.
